1. Kidney Patients

On getting up, half lemon with two-teaspoon honey in a glass of water should be taken. In winter water should be lukewarm. At 07:00 a.m. after yogabhyas green coconut water (DABH). After two hours seasonal salad (tomato and spinach not to be taken) one chapati less than required and green leafy boiled vegetable. Even salt is to be taken in less quantity. Chew well. After four hours fruits – papaya or apple after peeling.
After two hours soup of green leafy vegetables.
After two hours evening meal similar to morning meal with changed green leafy vegetable to be taken by 06:00 p.m.

Cautions

  • Boiled water should be used for drinking.
  • Green leafy vegetables should be used after soaking in salty water.
  • Practice Shavasan for 15 minutes after meals.
  • In the evening have a leisure walk.
  • Practice of yogabhyas and diet restrictions should continue even after the patient is cured.
  • Efforts should be made to have a calm and cool temperament.

2. Diabetic Patients

On getting up, one glass water with half lemon (to be increased to one in summer season.) Water should be lukewarm in winter season. At 07:00 a. m. after yogabhyas Amritpay available at sansthan with half lemon.
After two hours half cup bitter gourd juice mixed with half cup water is to be taken. After two hours seasonal salad, one chapati less then required and green leafy boiled vegetable. Chapati should be prepared out of flour of three mixed cereals of equal quantity wheat, barley and gram. Flour should be kneaded with smashed green leafy vegetable. After four hours, fruits – only jambo, orange and guava should be taken.
After four hours butter milk without fat except in rainy season. Not to be taken by patient suffering from joint pain.
After two hours similar to noon meal to be taken by 06.00 pm.

Cautions

  • Boiled Moong pulse with curd of double toned milk (should not be sour) may be taken with morning meal. Persons suffering from joint pain should not take curd or butter milk.
  • After the meals, practise Shavasan for 15 minutes and after evening meals walk leisurely at least for an hour.
  • Continue practice yoga even after the patient is cured.
  • Try to have a calm and cool temperament.

Heart Patients

On getting up, one glass of water mixed with half lemon and two tea-spoon honey to be taken. Water should be Luke warm during winter.
At 07:00 a.m. after yogabhayas Amritpay mixed with Arjun chhal (available at sansthan) to be taken with double toned milk and a little sugar (sugar not to be taken by diabetic patients). They are advised to pour half lemon in Amritpay instead.

After two hours seasonal salad, one chapati (dry) to be taken less than required and green leafy boiled vegetable. After four hours: Any sweet juicy fruit.
After two hours: soup of green leafy vegetable with half lemon (salt not to be mixed).
After two hours: Meals similar to noon meal to be taken by 06:00 p.m.

Cautions

  • Boiled moong (skimmed) sprouted pulses and curd of double toned milk may be taken with morning meals. After meals and after taking fruits practice Shavasan for 15 minutes each time and go for a leisure walk in the evening.
  • Brisk walking, running and jumping to be avoided.
  • Take care to place the right foot first and bring the left one to it’s side while ascending the stairs. After three steps normalize the breath and ascend three steps like this again. One should ascend slowly like this.
  • Set apart sufficient time for undertaking journey (if must) so that one should not feel disturbed due to paucity of time.
  • Continue Yogabhyas and diet restrictions even after the patient is cured.
  • Try to keep temperament calm and cool.

General Patients

On getting up, one glass of water mixed with half lemon and two tea-spoons honey is to be taken. Water should be luke warm during winter. The quantity of lemon may be increased to one during summer, after a week. At 07:00 a.m. after yoga- bhyas, take Amritpay.

  • After two hours: Seasonal salad, one chapati less than required and boiled green leafy vegetable. Chew well.
  • After four hours: any seasonal fruit, sweet and juicy.
  • After two hours: Soup of green/leafy vegetable.
  • After two hours: Meal similar to noon meal to be taken by 06:00 p.m.

Cautions

  • Pulse and curd of double tonned milk to be taken with morning meal.
  • After taking fruits and meals, practice Shavasan for fifteen minutes and have a leisure walk in the evening at least for half an hour.
  • Continue yogabhyas and diet restrictions even after the patient is cured.
  • Temperament should be kept calm and cool.
  • High Blood Pressure

On getting up, one glass of water mixed with half lemon and two teaspoons of honey to be taken. After a week increase the quantity of lemon to one during summer. Water should be luke warm during winter. At 07:00 A.M. after yogabhyas Amritpay (available at Sansthan).

After two hours: seasonal salad, one chapati (dry) less than required and boiled green/leafy vegetable. Chew well.

After four hours: Any seasonal sweet juicy fruit.

After two hours: Butter milk without salt or sugar. Not to be taken by those having joint pain. They should take green/leafy vegetable soup without salt with half lemon.

After two hours: Meal similar to the noon meal to be taken at 06.00 p.m.

Cautions

  • Cool down pelvic region twice a day.
  • Salt should be taken to the minimum.
  • Boiled skimmed moong pulse and curd made of double tonned milk may be taken with morning meal. Patients having joint pain are advised not to take curd.
  • After taking fruits and meals practice Shavasan for fifteen minutes and in the evening leisure walk at least for half an hour.
  • Continue yogabhyas and diet restrictions even after the patient is cured.
  • Keep temperament calm and cool.

Cancer Patients

On getting up, one glass water mixed with half lemon and two tea spoons honey to be taken. After a week increase the quantity of lemon to one in summer. Water in winter should be luke warm.

At 07:00 A.M. after yogabhyas: One cup wheat grass juice.

After two hours: Seasonal salad with green/ leafy boiled vegetable and one chapati (if required).
After four hours : seasonal sweet juicy fruit.
After two hours : One cup wheat grass juice.
After two hours : Seasonal salad and green/ leafy vegetable.

Method for use of wheat-grass juice
Grow wheat in seven earthen vessels in shade. When the grass grows up to eight inches, cut the grass up to seven inches from one earthen vessel. Smash the grass in mixer, after filtering the grass juice may be used. On eighth day, the first earthen vessel may again be used. After using all the earthen vessels twice replace the clay and manure and put fresh one in all the vessels to grow the wheat again, the old manure may be spread in the sun to be used again. The vessels should be so arranged that the wheat grass juice is available every day.

Enema of wheat grass juice : Wheat grass juice mixed with water of equal quantity should be used in Enema every day. Double the quantity of vessels so that sufficient quantity of wheat grass juice is available.

Wheat water for drinking : After rinsing one kg. wheat, it should be soaked for 48 hrs in 3 kg cooled down boiled water. The same wheat can be used for another 3-kg water. After using the wheat twice, this wheat should not be used. The water thus available is to be used for drinking every time.

Cautions

  • Milk and milk products are to be avoided.
  • In serious condition even one chapati in the morning is to be avoided.
  • Practice Shavasan thrice-morning, noon and evening for 15 minutes.
  • Have a leisure walk for 15 minute to half an hour in the evening.
  • Continue diet restrictions and yogabhyas even after the patient is cured.
  • Keep temperament calm and cool.

Cautions for back-ache

  • Do not bend forward. Always sit with the spine straight.
  • Back of the sitting chair or sofa should be straight. Never sit in a slanting pose resting the back on it.
  • To pick up any article from the ground bend the knees keeping the back straight and get up without bending the spine.
  • To get up from lying down position on the back, turn towards right and with the support of the right elbow and left Palm, sit down.
  • Use hard bed for sleeping. Coir mating or foam is to be avoided. Use half-inch cushion only. Pillow is not to be used.
  • Brisk movement – jumping, running or any jerky movement to be avoided.
  • Walking on even place and that too slowly is beneficial.
