2. About Bharatiya Yog Sansthan

Bharatiya Yog Sansthan is a non-sectarian, social, cultural, and non-profit making organization registered since April 10, 1967. Our mission is to preserve and promote Bharatiya cultural heritage through the practice and teaching of Yog as enshrined by Maharishi Patanjali.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Free Yoga Classes

• We operate 1800+ free yoga centers across various locations
• Classes are conducted by trained, selfless yoga teachers
• No registration fee or class charges apply
• Attendance is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk

3.2 Paid Products and Services

• Yoga-related books and literature
• Yoga products (mats, accessories, etc.)
• Online and offline courses
• Training programs and certification courses
• Workshops and special seminars

3.3 Events

• Free and paid events, workshops, and seminars
• Registration may be required for certain events
• Event terms may have additional specific conditions

4. User Eligibility

4.1 General Use

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases
• Minors may participate in free classes with parental/guardian consent
• Users must provide accurate information during registration and purchase

4.2 Account Registration

• Some services may require account creation
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Purchases and Payments

• Certificates are issued by Bharatiya Yog Sansthan and follow our curriculum standards
• Certificate delivery timelines will be communicated during enrollment

7. Free Classes and Events

7.1 Participation

• Free classes are open to all individuals regardless of background
• Participants must follow the instructor’s guidance and center rules
• The Sansthan reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone disrupting classes

7.2 Health and Safety

• Participants must ensure they are physically fit to practice yoga
• Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program
• Inform instructors of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations
• Practice at your own risk and within your own limits

7.3 Assumption of Risk

• Yoga practice involves physical activity and inherent risks
• Participants assume all risks associated with participation
• The Sansthan and its instructors are not liable for injuries or health issues arising from practice

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Content Ownership

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and materials, is owned by Bharatiya Yog Sansthan or licensed to us
• Our teaching methodology and course materials are proprietary

8.2 Permitted Use

• Content may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission

8.3 Trademarks
