- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

We ship orders through reliable and trusted partners, such as:
- India Post
- DTDC Courier
- Delhivery / Blue Dart
Shipping method will be selected based on location, delivery speed, and product weight.
- Shipping Coverage
- Domestic Shipping: Available across all major cities and towns in India.
- Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary based on pin code and courier serviceability.
- International Shipping: Available to select countries. Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the customer’s responsibility.

- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.
- Free Shipping: May be available for orders above a specified value (e.g., ₹999).
- Charges will be displayed before you confirm payment.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track your order on the courier’s website until delivery.
- Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.
- Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- The package is damaged or tampered with.
- Items are missing or incorrect.

We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund depending on stock availability).
- Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — standard return policy will apply.
To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.
- Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or marked “delivered” but not received:
- Contact the courier first using the tracking number.
- If unresolved, email us with full details — we’ll coordinate with the courier to locate your package.
If the courier confirms the package is lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or events beyond our control.
